Do not buy if you actually want to use it. We™€™ve been using this model for 5 months and the fuse has blown twice! The fuse is in the back so it has to be pulled out of the cabinet every time to change it. The last time, the microwave was running by itself. This unit is a lemon and Frigidaire should be giving everyone refunds who have bought it. If I could give it 0 starts, I would!

The digital interface is impressive. This appliance replaced a 20+ year old unit. It works very well so far, but I™€™ve only had it for a couple of weeks. My one negative finding is that the tone sounding at completion of a task is quite soft even when set to the highest level. Overall, it looks nice and operates well.

The oven and the microwave both seem to work well, which is what we were looking for. The microwave has good power, and the oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. The touchpad interface, however, is very inefficient. You have to press the display to start and stop every function, and/or to acknowledge every message; nothing is automatic. The signal tone is very jarring - it sounds like a smoke detector going off - and the best we could do was to set the volume lower. Plus, when the timer is running, you can't see the clock (time of day). All in all, it's a decent appliance, but they could have done a much better job designing the user interface.

I love the design and functionality of my wall oven/microwave combination. I love the fact that both the oven and microwave have preset modes that allow you to conveniently cook at appropriate temperatures. The only thing that is a bit weird on this product is the air fryer mode for the oven. Sometimes the food is not of air fryer quality but. So far I am enjoying both the microwave and the oven; however I have only used the oven one time. Still learning all the ins and outs on the microwave. The only annoying thing on the microwave, and maybe the oven too, is the off signal....it's a long, loud beeeeeeep. I guess what's I just need to find the time to go online and read the manual. Unfortunately, companies these days are ECO friendly and manuals are all online. Makes it difficult for my husband who is disabled. (along with some folks to do not have access to the internet nor a computer.)

I have wasted money repairing it and it continues to have problems. Not sure how something so expensive can only last a year. Bought brand new microwave oven combo in Nov 2024. But just opened last week because kitchen was renovated and installed but microwave is not heating up. It is still under manufacturer warranty tech came last week and diagnosed Harness, wiring, hv transformer, w/triac sensor A17118015Item #4989249 | Frigidaire OEM Part #A17118015 is not working. Authorized repair company ordered the part but it is in back order. I called customer service to replace this unit because I don™€™t know how long will take to get this part. They made work order and will have to wait 7-10 business days before Fridgdaire will let me know whether they will replace the unit or no. Very disappointing.

Premature Death after 3 months.

It seems to work well, but it died after only 3 months of use. I'm now stuck without a microwave and without an oven. If the control panel breaks you lose two appliances. Frigidaire's warranty service is also very slow so I'm without these critical appliances until the end of the week...

Bad fuse?

Fuse keeps blowing off. I have had the unit for only two months and it has gone out 3 times already. Fuses are inexpensive but this is a brand new unit, and it is built in so it is a big deal to keep changing it everytime.

Love my new oven!!

I used my new oven on Thanksgiving. I had only had it one week. The ease of use was amazing. I haven™€™t had time to use all of its many functions. It™€™s got everything I needed and some I didn™€™t know I would use like the proofing my bread dough! I can™€™t wait to start baking Christmas goodies. I would recommend the Frigidaire wall oven for anyone who wants the best in an oven.

Nice Wall Oven. We're very happy with this oven. My only issue was a stripped sheet metal screw that held the control panel in place on left side. The screw was rattling around in the box and had been totally stripped during assembly process. I replace with #8 screw with larger #10 screw which resolved the issue. Oven looks great, oven works great.

Complete Warranty failure!!!

My wall oven microwave combo failed due to a burnt wiring harness when it was just under 1 year old. I have been attempting to get it repaired under warranty now for more than 5 weeks and have no solution as yet. The part is clearly out of stock but they will not admit that. I am a military family with a deployed service member and small children at home and no way to cook. They do not care. They keep giving "solutions" that take a week plus and result in no headway. They refuse to replace because each of these solutions "is going to get me the part" none of them have. As of now 5 weeks in I have no timeline for repair. I would not buy any of there products because their warranty is useless at best. In fact it is costing me time and money not having my device working.

Professional Wall Oven

This is the best microwave / stove combo I have had. The microwave heats food very quickly and the pull down for is such a great design. Being able to air fry in give oven saves having to have another appliance on the countertop. Thumbs up for the design and quality.

I got a lemon

I bought this appliance new. The touchpad would not go into oven mode upon delivery. The retailer sent a repair company to replace the touchpad. It worked for a few months, We use the microwave every day and the over a few times a week. It worked for a few months and now the touchpad has completely failed!! I cannot use the oven or the microwave. I asked for a replacement and I was told they would not replace this lemon until it failed three times. Sounds to me like they are hopping the warranty runs out before they have to replace it. I am so disappointed!! This should not happen!
